First time staying at this Hampton Inn. We were in town for just one night and made a reservation earlier that day. It’s a typical-looking Hampton: nice lobby, open areas for sitting, and a dining area for the free breakfast. Check-in was super easy, and the staff were pleasant. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean (turns out we had an accessible room, which accounted for some of the extra space). We had queen beds, and they were nice and firm. [EDITED on 9/2] GM of hotel addressed the problem and apologized profusely for the fiasco. She noted that the Front Desk agent will be addressed for her behavior. Updated the rating to 3 stars from 1 star as guests should not be falsely accused of bringing in a pet, nor should they need to worry about erroneous charges on their bill.
