Cockroaches the size of 2 thumbs right next to the jacuzzi. Lots of them. They run all over that enclosure next to it and jump in the pool and come to the edge of the hot tub. Filthy! Staff and maintenance don't want to do anything about it. It's such an easy fix, but they are against tending to the matter. Other guests have also had encounters with roaches inside the building. The front desk treatment towards the guests was very rude and it was not very helpful. We had a very negative experience in this hotel. The staff was derogatory and even threatened my husband with reporting our account, falsely claiming that he had not checked in, when in reality he had and I was present at the hotel. In addition, we had to change rooms because the air conditioning stopped working and we did not receive proper help. We expect an explanation and guarantees that these situations will not be repeated.
