I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, the lobby was beautifully maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Overall, this is a great hotel, and I generally enjoy the Hampton Inn experience. However, I have a significant concern regarding the current housekeeping policy. I typically stay for one or two nights; on those two-night stays, there is no room service at all. No garbage pickup, no towel exchange, and no refills on water or toiletries. While this was understandable during the pandemic, continuing it now feels unhygienic and unpleasant. I’d love to see Hampton Inn return to standard stay-over cleaning. Excellent hotel, downside was the bridge at old orchard Rd under major construction making not so convenient to get into the hotel lot
