This place has charged me on more than one stay for a smoking charge for $300!!! Only problem is I did not smoke in the room! Yes, I smoke, and if they looked at the cameras they would see me going outside to do so in the designated smoking section. The room did not smell of smoke, the room was not smoked in! This happened on 3 different occasions. I feel like they know I’m a smoker from seeing us go outside and back in and doing this on purpose. The staff here really made our stay well above what we expected. I cant praise them enough for their care and attention. It felt like a 5+ star hotel with how nice and accommodating they all were. They even went out of their way to provide extra service for my family with nothing but smiles and gracious hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.
our family booked 3 rooms and enjoyed the great atmosphere. my daughter loves the blue fresh milk but i can't remember the type. please give me information about the milk carton. thanks a lot
Great location by the mall, and only 15 minutes away from Northwestern University. Clean and specious rooms, good breakfast.
