Every thing here is amazing, practically no complaints, everything so clean too. Best hotel ive ever been. Unlike oklahoma Holliday inn that had a BROWN RECLUSE next to my door, didnt see a single bug here. Room service is amazing and the front desk is so nice. Microwave and fridge are really nice. AMAZING VIEW. not a single bad sleep, very comfortable beds. Makes me feel at home. Stayed for 2 nights and best 2 nights ive ever spent at a hotel ever. The suite was huge. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast wasn't bad. Unfortunately many machines in the gym wasn't working which kind off sucked but it was very clean.
This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Chicago! The front desk and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the free ice and coffee. The spacious lobby on the first floor was perfect for enjoying takeout meals. One downside was the pool.
