In reserving a room by phone, I was assured by Hampton staff that I would get a bathroom with a walk-in shower that would accommodate my physical disability. When I arrived, I was told that no such room was available, that I could only get a room with a bathtub.
We lost our car key in the hotel parking lot and didn't realize it until we were an hour away. Jocelyn at the front desk went above and beyond to help us locate the key and then send it back to us. She really saved the day and we are so grateful! We stay there every time we drive through Chicago (which is often) and we will continue staying there!
This hotel was exceptional! The location was where I needed to be! Near my mother who passed away 2 years ago and I wanted to put flowers on her grave! This hotel was 1.6mile from my Mommy's grave. So thank you for being there for me so I can be there for my mommy! I will visit again and again, because you are so close to my mommy!
A great place to stay. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Shout out to Trini who works the breakfast buffet.
