The service here is very great and it is very clean
Located close enough to walk or short fire for Uber to the united center. Friendly staff, clean rooms. What more can you ask for?
I RARELY leave reviews for hotels... but this brand new HILTON location is PHENOMENAL!! So convenient to everything, and very walkable to a ton of food options. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everyone working here is very helpful and courteous. I need to give a special shout to Rana who went above and beyond to provide me with a room quickly when the hotel was completely sold out. Thank you Hilton!

When we arrived we were informed that all of the elevators were broken and we were given a room on the 4th floor. When I showed my surprise the lady at the front desk said “Rooms are first come, first available and that’s all we’ve got. Did you not get an email?” No, if I had gotten an email stating that there were no elevators I would have cancelled my reservation and stayed at another hotel.
