We were absolutely blown away by this hotel and the entire staff. From the moment we checked in, we felt like we were being welcomed by family. Elena at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, attentive, and genuine. All of the staff was great but she definitely stood out! Our room was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the entire property really showed they take care of it. Have to thank Dylan for handling the room block for our wedding guests coming from out of town. Everyone encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel from the lobby to the rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. What a great location for our guests who arrived a day or two early to easily get around to tour the city! Thank you for making our guests feel so welcome and comfortable during their stay!
