Everybody was very nice and helpful! Ashlynn and Athena were so sweet they are receptionist and they helped me and my mom get some water before leaving..
Perhaps the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in over a 15 year history of being silver/diamond level. Clean! Great gym! Friendly staff! Ashley and Alena at the front desk top notch and Victor and cleaning staff TOP NOTCH! Love the area, safe parking and easy access to Miracle Mile shops (uber).
Elena at the front desk was so friendly and helpful both while checking in and then when we had a couple of questions. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here in the future when attending events at the United Center.
Super friendly staff. Nice rooms. Close to food options.
