Extremely clean, comfortable, and pleasant staff.
Great staff, clean and nice breakfast. The rooms were a little dirty in the corners, but overall clean room. Will be back, also there is a couple great restaurants in the parking lot and across the street
Very impressed with this location. The room would have gotten 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so hard. Rooms very visibly clean and smelled clean! Breakfast and service was amazing. I ended up forgetting my glasses and they were able to ship them for me. Highly recommend.
Update: Still the best hotel in Lincolnshire and honestly every other Hilton property needs a Sharon because she is that amazing. My go to choice when visiting for work. Always consistent and dependable. The front desk manager when coming in later in the evenings is the absolute nicest and so welcoming.
Very disappointed in our stay this past weekend and would discourage anyone from staying here. I specifically paid for a suite that was accessible with a tub for my infant. Our room faced Milwaukee avenue and our bedroom’s blackout curtain was broken so we were unable to get a good night’s sleep because it is a busy road. We brought it to the attention of the front desk at 8AM the next morning and they said maintenance would evaluate at 3PM.
