Recent visit and was very happy. Service was phenomenal. Room was clean.
We stayed here for a cheer competition at the Schaumburg Convention Center. The suite was very spacious and the pool was nice; my kids really enjoyed it. However, the room was not very clean. There were several spots of dirt and six dead bugs when we arrived. I brought this to the front desk’s attention, but there was no concern; just "they will get them the tomorrow." even though we will be checked out by then. we spent five nights and found a very attractive price on a suite. it was perfect for our needs. we visited family in the area and our grandson loved the indoor pool
