HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stay away from ANY Hampton. FYI they are all individually owned! Knew from the level of service there’s no way Hilton is still running these dumps. Lost a reservation for my father in law and offered nothing but an “O Well.”

We had an issue while staying here and staff did not adequatly handle the issue. Via hotel messaging system we were advised by the front desk to email the manager, which we did on the 22nd and I sent a followup email on the 25th. No response. I contacted guest assistance on the 25th and the automated response said hotel management would reach out in the next 3 days. No response. *As of 7/29/26.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel other travelers should know what to expect. We stayed here on our family vacation and experienced multiple issues throughout our visit. The indoor pool had no heat, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and there were no towels available in the pool area. Great location friendly staff good breakfast the only thing I'm rating this down for is because our first room we were in the AC did not work, we were sweating in our hotel room and I was absolutely not dealing with that.
