My mother and I stay at this specific Hampton inn any time we find ourselves in Chicago, even if we aren’t venturing around the Hoffman estates area because it’s a very nice hotel and the staff is incredible :)
I booked a handicap-accessible suite on March 22, 2025, through Expedia. When I arrived on August 7, 2025, the manager informed me that my Expedia reservation had been overridden by their internal booking system, and my room had been given away. I was downgraded to a double queen room instead. Both Expedia and Hilton attempted to call the hotel to speak with the manager, but the phone line has been disconnected.
