BEWARE OF BIAS FRONT DESK STAFF TRACY!!! Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Treatment!!!!!!! This was our fourth time staying at the Hampton Inn in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. We have stayed here multiple times in the past specifically because it’s convenient to take our three daughters swimming during the winter. Unfortunately, this visit was so upsetting that we will never return, and I feel obligated to warn other families. We checked in around 4:00 PM with no issues. If I had to rate this hotel it would be a 0 the front desk lady was so rude and also the cops came when my son in law was sitting in the car waiting on my daughter to come out to go to store and they treated him like a criminal. Just on how he talked in look there so raciest there . I would never understand the racism in Hoffman Estates so if you’re not white, I wouldn’t rent a hotel room from here because they’re very rude here . The woman at the front desk named *tracy* is VERY racist and prejudice at this location. While I was hanging out in the lobby I over heard her calling the cops on a man who was clearly a guest at the hotel, all for sitting in his car waiting for his wife. She proceeded to call the man a thug all because of the way he looked. Words were exchanged and cops ended up kicking them out, the families kids were traumatized by the experience and hysterically crying.

WARNING CUSTOMERS OF HAMPTON INN OF HOFFMAN ESTATES, DO NOT SIT INSIDE YOUR PARKED VEHICLE ON THE PREMISES OF THE PROPERTY OF HAMPTON INN, YOU CAN AND WILL BE TARGETED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR SUSPICION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BACK!
