Trash staff, especially woman working night shift.
This is a best of class hotel with immaculate rooms and a superb breakfast. There was one employee by the name of Hannah at the front desk that really made a big difference in our opinion of Hampton Inns. I had an issue with our room rate and after explaining my issue she Hanna, she was able to quickly resolve the matter. Much appreciate and awesome customer service. We will return!

Honestly, this had all the potential for a 5 star rating. So why 3? Because on our 2nd to last night staying there, a fire alarm went off at 3am. No explanation was given, and no communication or apology - not even via email (at least, not to us.) And, when I emailed them to share my thoughts, I did not get a response?? To be clear, I COMPLETELY understand it could have been a very reasonable explanation! But one was not even given.
