Diamond member here. Not a fan of hair in the beds and trash laying around the room when I arrive. Eventually was able to get a different room, 2nd room had clean sheets.
We had a very big room and it was spacious and provided basic amenities for a hotel room. Service was very awesome, workers were very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect as you walk 5-10 mins you are greeted with a town center mall. Location is near the highway if you plan to drive to local restaurants just located near this hotel
Front desk staff and GM are horrible
Convenient Deer Park location with clean, comfortable rooms. A solid stay overall that gets the main fundamentals right, even if a few details fell short. Plenty of easy parking, nice and clean rooms, and an updated TV system with good channels and streaming options made the stay comfortable. You can’t beat the location—it’s an easy walk to the nearby mall for lunch and dinner, close to local nature preserves, and getting around is hassle-free with an Enterprise rental car nearby and plenty of Uber/Lyft drivers in the area. ... read more
