Would not ever stay here again. The carpets were very very dirty. Sheets smelled like mildew. Room dirty. Bathroom walls were crumbling and wet. Toilet did not flush the entire time we were there despite sending 3 people to "fix" it. The front desk was nice enough but not helpful in anyway. Breakfast was basically non existent but not sure with the cleanliness I would eat it. We needed to extend our stay but drove down the road to a much much cleaner and nicer hotel. Hotel was barely adequate. Pool was out of service. Water pressure was bad, but it's the coast and we were on the 5th floor. But, the water never got warmer than lukewarm and that combination was unpleasant. Mild in the bathroom, a door that required a body slam to close and was then a challenge to open, plus peeling wallpaper was no bueno. The bed groaned and felt like it was going to collapse if you sat anywhere near the right foot. This Hotel was very interesting the customer service was on point👍 However I was just totally overwhelmed by the trash in the front of the hotel was way overfilled and disgusting definitely not what a occupant want to see when walking into a hotel furthermore breakfast, yeah let’s talk about that the only hot food that had was banana waffle mix and (mush) grits apparently their oven was broken or so we were told I’ve never had this experience at a Hampton inn before and the pool was closed at 3:00pm check in time there was ... read more
