Extremely disappointing stay. Our initial room (406) was very dirty. The worst I’ve experienced at a Hampton Inn. Despite multiple requests, staff did not move us until we escalated to management, and even then it took about 24 hours. On top of that, our room was never cleaned during our four-night stay. Poor cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and slow response from staff significantly impacted our trip.

They didn’t clean the room. Friend had a bed bug in her sheets. About the best thing is the friendly staff and breakfast. Bathroom was nasty

Great location right off the highway to get around Hampton roads. Lots of places to eat and shop. Staff was great. Room was clean. My only problem was I saw a roach in the bathroom. Overall, I’d book again.

Rooms need a lot of work. Service was not satisfactory. The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking and it was a BIG leak. We had water all over the bathroom. We called the guest services and they told us they don't have another similar room for us and the maintenance guy doesn't come in until 7 am so basically there is nothing they can do for us. The guy literally asks us "can't we just deal with it since morning?". He told us that it is probably from the room upstairs but they're not sure how and where the leak is from. He did... read more
