We stayed in a king suite as a family of four. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, breakfast was standard, and the pool was great — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that left me puzzled was housekeeping. Our room was set up with just two towels even though the reservation was for four people. After pulling out the couch bed and making it ourselves, I expected the next day’s cleaning to include four towels and both beds made up. Instead, only the main bed was refreshed. Really nice accommodations. A little removed from the downtown core. Terrific staff, especially a young man named Ahkman who was very considerate with a senior couple. If we return to Charlottetown,we will stay there.

We had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton Charlottetown location, every staff member we encountered was friendly and forthcoming, and the grounds, public and breakfast areas were clean and welcoming. My family and I had two rooms during this stay, one standard queen room, and one accessible roll-in shower room. As we have a disabled adult dependent, we made sure the hotel we used had accessible rooms and beds that would accommodate the lift needed for their mobility.
