Great location, lot of restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Room furniture could use a refresh, however bed is perfect!
Had a wonderful stay. Service was excellent, breakfast delicious, and beds/linens/pillows comfortable. The room was very clean and up to date. Highly recommend. We stayed at another local hotel before this one and would definitely return to this one again.
Today I called to inquire about accommodating a mutual client who has booked and prepaid. After being greeted on the phone, I began to introduce myself, as I have a 20+ history with this hotel. I literally have key access here, I was rudely cut off as the front desk began to explain a conversation she had with out mutual client. I let her finish and proceeded to share that I didn't need that information which was quite personal. I just needed to know how early my team & I could have access on Friday to do out surprise setup.... read more
