Excellent place!! We’ve stayed at numerous Hilton/Hampton Inns and this is the best! Beautiful place and area.
Breakfast disappointing for the price of the stay. Room just ok. Staff great
I wanted to see a room so I could stay here the next time I come to Charlotte. I wasn’t allowed to see a room because “it is policy that after 3 o’clock, we don’t show rooms to potential guests”. There was no one checking in, the lady at the front desk wasn’t busy, there was no guest in sight. And guess what: it wasn’t even 3 o’clock. Great lesson on “how to annoy potential customers”
