This location was just renovated. It’s beautifully located in the heart of the newly expanded Ballantyne area. Ample parking, fitness center and breakfast all Hampton Inn standards. One huge issue is during a 4 night stay they never came in my room to make my bed. One night they sent a note to all guest about the staff shortage and ok, I get it, but the rest of the stay is what concerns me. Clean hotel with helpful staff! Breakfast included. Easy parking area. Just off a main road for easy access, but not noisy!
