6 minutes from charlotte airport. Very helpful. Clean rooms and a well stocked bar
I was very impressed by room which was very large and accommodating . Customer service was excellent. I was also impressed by the location of the hotel which was easy to get to from my job at Charlotte Douglass Airport,
I'm not into the whole scan the QR code for parking routine here. I've already got my information in their system. I shouldn't have to scan and put my information to another system to pay for parking at their hotel. It's annoying, it's more time out of my day, and it didn't work well. It becomes regular feature at Hilton properties. I'll move my money to a different brand.
Very clean rooms and a great staff.
Had to book last minute after a flight cancellation. Ashley was great. Rooms were clean and good sized.
