This hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.
Perfect location for a one night and for airport parking. Place is safe and secure to anyone traveling.
Had a positive experience while staying at the Hampton Inn and Suite-Charlotte NC Airport-Lake Pointe due to a unplanned flight layover. Makala and Eric at the reception desk were able to put my wife and I up in one of their beautiful rooms. The standards of the entire hotel and the quality of customer services in which we received from Eric & Makala was amazing. now forcing guests to pay for parking with a phone app. 0/10. Fridge door opens the wrong way so you can barely use it. The bathroom door has no clearance to the tile so the door gets stuck on the floor mat. Newer hotel in good shape, but the paid parking thing is a deal breaker. There are other hotels that don't harass the guests for fun and profit.
My stay at the Hilton was EXCELLENT. And what really made it exceptional was Kathy at the front desk. She really made a difference and brightened up my day. Would definitely stay again!
