I am beyond shocked by how rude the staff is here. I went to cancel the room we booked for OCTOBER as our flight information changed. It is July. I went through booking.com, and after multiple calls with them, they always referred me back to the hotel, as the hotel withheld the $200 for the room and wouldn't refund it even though we gave an advance notice. My flight back home was cancelled after waiting many hours and I needed a place to stay the night. This hotel was perfect. Everything in the room was brand new and very very clean. The staff was so wonderful and caring. There is a shuttle to take you to the airport the next day. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in!!
