Had a very bad experience here, we have been members of Hampton Inn for a long time and love them, always treated well. But this time was completely different. I got a handicap room because my buddy is in a wheel chair, when we got there the lady said your room isn't ready and this was like 430, so we left and came back to a handicap room with a normal bathtub in it. As a Hilton Honors member for nearly 20 years, I am extremely disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled. It seems that customer care and accountability are no longer priorities for Hilton, which is very disheartening. I had a reservation at the Hilton Charlotte Airport for five nights.
