The rooms are a little beaten up. There's broken doors, stained pillow cases. The coffee area in the lobby was missing lids and only had 4 cups. The place where the cups and lids were stored was dirty. The most important thing to consider is the airport. Air planes take off directly over the hotel. From 6 am until after midnight. So you're only going to get a few hours of sleep. Unless you're staying because of a flight delay, I would suggest staying somewhere else.

Great location and not too far from the airport. It’s very nice, quiet, comfortable, clean and there’s a convenient store next door. Staff is very friendly and nice especially Shawntay, she made sure the check in process was easy and flawless and kept checking on us.

Roughly a 3-5 minute drive from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Great room, great service, great shuttle. Manager is nice.
