We tried to Uber a package to our friend who was sick during her stay. We asked the front desk if they could hold it for her to pick up, but the response we received was simply, “na uh.” When we asked further, we were told there’s a “new GM and new policy.” Very unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the circumstances. The staff member gave the name Kisha (though none of the team wears nametags, so it’s impossible to know for sure).

Great service the managers do very good work friendly at front desk Danielle do very friendly and professional service I’m definitely recommended corean place thanks for service no way to spend 3 months in one place if is not feel like home
