This hotel is a dirty, gross, dangerous disaster. BUGS, WATER LEAKS, DIRTY, ELECTRICAL HAZARDS. The employees are beyond great, except for one of the managers who dont like to show up for work. To start our stay off, the room we had was not ready when we arrived, an hour after check in time, and we had checked in the day before and chosen our arrival time to be at 3pm, and we ended up not arriving til 4. Newish (or newly refurbished), but we encountered a ton of maintenance issues including a thermostat/AC combo that was intermittent, wet carpet around the AC, and a door that would lock you inside. No fridge or microwave in the room and a very long walk to the elevator and ice machine. Couple that with $21 a day parking (for a Hampton inn - really?) and you can see why I'll never be back.
Room wasn't ready an hour and a half after check-in time.
