Newish (or newly refurbished), but we encountered a ton of maintenance issues including a thermostat/AC combo that was intermittent, wet carpet around the AC, and a door that would lock you inside. No fridge or microwave in the room and a very long walk to the elevator and ice machine. Couple that with $21 a day parking (for a Hampton inn - really?) and you can see why I'll never be back.
Room wasn't ready an hour and a half after check-in time.
