The breakfast ladies were so nice I had to change my review for them, they deserved it. I reached out as about available upgrades; I received a blunt message that I would have to check the day of check-in (Hilton allows to request 3 days prior); so I knew this was my first taste of bad service, I reached out again, as told, and was ignored; I reached out again a few hours later and nothing and I tried one more time and was told none were available. We travel alot for work, hands down the best breakfast I've had at a hotel, job well done. *nevermind , must of been a fluke, worst breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel ever
