During our recent stay at your property we encountered several issues that impacted our comfort and overall experience. I wrote to management three times using the email on our folio and the website, and to date have not received a reply. When we arrived, we found the bathtub faucet in our room had been running for some time, leaving standing water in the tub. Hotel is very clean and the room was good with no issues. However I booked this hotel with the purpose of enjoying a nice soak in the Hot Tub, and I find that it was not available. No body told me it was down, not even at check in. The second issue I had was that the waffle mix for the waffle maker seemed expired or sour? I did not taste very good, like it normally does. Overall, I am a little upset because the 2 things I look forward to, were not delivered.
We are Hilton members and this was the worst experience we have had at a Hilton. We booked online and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and told they were. The booking cost were inflated due to a tournament in the area at 578.00 for a two night stay. At arrivals we were told the hot tub was under construction. Not only was the hot tub not open the gym was completely torn out. Entering our room was a disgusting as we were greeted with a musty smelling room. There was mold in pool area.
