We made a reservation and were quoted a specific price; however, upon checkout, we received an invoice reflecting that rate, yet—without any prior notice or verification—five additional charges were applied to our credit card, one for each of the reserved rooms. We tried calling the hotel to find out the reason for these charges, but the staff was very rude and never transferred us to the right department; instead, they kept us on hold until the call was disconnected. Terrible customer service.
Most friendly and clean we have ever experienced. Really nice
Cedar Rapids is a surprisingly refreshing community. I chose to stay out of the downtown area and found this Hilton group hotel as a great choice. My work in this community has me driving across town and it only took 15 minutes. This hotel provided maybe the best value I've had in a long time. I recommend it highly. I will make this my regular stay every time... no need me to look elsewhere.
