Great staff and great amenities!
facilities are clean but staff are argumentative and uncaring. Came in to help with recovery after the floods and after a 15 hour day had to wait over half an hour to check in because staff was nowhere to be found. I have no problem with the room being tidied every other day, but was only given a singular towel when they refreshed my room. Staff seemed surprised when I requested more. The stay has been pleasant. Very accommodating and have gone above and beyond with help. Morgan and rest of the staff were courteous and helpful and met all our needs.
Logan did a great job accommodating our particular needs.
Stayed a week, not by choice. All hotels were booked! There was multiple things broke like , only one washer dryer for 5 story hotel and they were both broke. Only one elevator working. Our door to room made noises like someone was trying to come in every time another room would open or close there door. Found sugar/crazy ants on the table between beds, never had food or drinks in my room! Shower had broken tiles all over and they just smeared chalk over it.
