I stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park often, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Alan at the front desk is fantastic — always friendly and helpful — and Morgan, the manager, really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The rest of the staff is amazing too; everyone here works hard to make guests feel welcome. I always enjoy my stays and highly recommend this hotel!
Room is clean and organized. My wife said the bed was lumpy but looks like some kind of mattress topper. Biggest issue is the "free" breakfast was lacking butter and milk...storm delivery issues was the explanation. Roads have been clear a week. Costco is a three-minute walk and two HEBs are within 5 minutes. Pathetic excuses. To me this is a sign of weak local management to ensure their customers have the experience expected by Hilton. The management needs to try harder.
