Had to stay over in Carson City for doctor's appointments. Nice place to stay
Front desk personnel were very kind. Asked 3 different people to get our sinks fixed because they weren’t draining. In 4 days/3 nights one ever fixed them.
This place sits on the empty edge of town, room service doesn’t exist. Front desk can only provide towels but cant get the room clean. If you like door bells waking you up early morning they have it. Elevator alarm ringing and desk brushes it off as normal. The manager walking through dining area but doesnt acknowledge guest and gives vibe of i dont want to be bothered. I wish I could rate this hotel lower. My fiancé proposed and we went to stay here for a night. He had already booked us a room and they charged his card. When we checked in they charged my card for a cleaning deposit, and then without telling us, charged my card again for the whole stay. It wasn't until after we got home I noticed they double charged us. When I called they said they issued a refund to one of the cards.
