Had to stay over in Carson City for doctor's appointments. Nice place to stay
Front desk personnel were very kind. Asked 3 different people to get our sinks fixed because they weren’t draining. In 4 days/3 nights one ever fixed them.
This place sits on the empty edge of town, room service doesn’t exist. Front desk can only provide towels but cant get the room clean. If you like door bells waking you up early morning they have it. Elevator alarm ringing and desk brushes it off as normal. The manager walking through dining area but doesnt acknowledge guest and gives vibe of i dont want to be bothered. Room key stopped working and they lock the front doors before 11pm. Have to bang on glass as room keys dont work and no notice that they lock the doors. Driv... read more
