Originally we paid $400 for a one night, in a suite, but my boyfriend decided he wanted an ocean view so therefore we changed it and ended up downgrading, the employee spent 8 minutes, on the computer making changes, said that we were being upgraded well that's a lie if we were being upgraded we would have been given a suite with an Oceanfront View and we were not! We were givin a simple room with two queen size beds and and a vew of the beach, and we were charged more money so we're looking at a basic two queen-size bedroom... read more

Great location. Clean, spacious rooms; great breakfast available; outdoor pool and bar area with a fire pit; but the standout feature is the service. The staff are excellent. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, and specifically went above and beyond helping ensure my daughter who lost a tooth felt special. Would recommend 10/10.
