The beds are horrendous lumpy and hard. The breakfast was nothing great. I won't stay there again. The staff was nice tho.

I was in Carlsbad, New Mexico from San Antonio, Tx with my wife. We had made reservations through a third party at the Hampton Inn. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk informed me that the reservation was for the next day. By mistake, the third party had placed the wrong date. Upon calling the third party reservationist they told me they could cancel the reservation but couldn't refund my money for 10 days.
