Convenient spot, very friendly staff, good hot breakfast. Showers are large walk-ins, lots of space even for a single bed. The bed is very firm, but we slept on top of the comforter to create a pillow top mattress. You can hear children running down the halls, though, so the walls might be a little thin.

I don’t usual write reviews but there is a lady with glasses that works the late night shift and more times than often she has bring her children about 4 kids with her to work and not only is she constantly yelling at them but she I’m assuming will call the room to check on them. I feel bad for the kids at the way she talks to them. On top of her children being loud and running around the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the room key and we were locked out for a while but they were able to resolve the problem quickly and were very hospitable. The rooms were nice as well as the pool and hot tubs. Good location too.

The kid with the highlights that works with his earbuds in needs to take a course on customer service. He was hostile, rude, and immature at check in. Shame that this is how y’all would treat a diamond member. Will not be returning to this property.
