There are a few things that were bothersome the first is the fact that the housekeeper standing outside our door watching a video about how to do her hair at full volume on her phone waking us up. The second issue is water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway. And finally probably the worst run breakfast I have ever had at any hotel anywhere. Convenient location for walking to Cape Coral restaurants and bars. Hot breakfast Nce Staff.
First off, I have reached out to Hilton to try and get a response before posting anything, but since they have decided not to respond, I am posting all photos and videos here. Overall, staff were kind and the location was great but the whole experience was pretty bad. There was no greeting as a diamond member nor did they offering me my points or welcome bonus.
