Breakfast attendant, Kathy was create! Very friendly and made sure to check on everyone. Pleasant start to every morning.
Im a local resident in Cape Coral but I accompanied my sister who was a guest at Hampton Inn ( by Hilton), Cape Coral. We had quite a pleasant stay. The staff ( front desk, housekeeping and kitchen) were very friendly and accommodating. Special mention goes to Hilda ,( I think a manager), for truly going out of her way to accommodate a request - even 2 weeks after our stay. True story. I stayed here and found genitalia stains on the mattress. When I asked the front desk to come to the room and explain how they could rent a room like that, they replied, they could not help me because I was a man and the supervisor was a woman. When told that wasn't an acceptable answer, they had me trespassed from the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Kathy a lovely lady that cooks the breakfasts and makes the best hotel breakfast you can have. Her sausage gravy and biscuits should be sold in a high-end restaurant not giving away at the Hampton Inn. Great place!!!
