Tasha and Briana were great to work with, they helped me with a room change in a crowded hotel and were pleasant about it. My rooms were nice, clean and ready when we arrived. The issues were guest related, someone set the fire alarm off at 10pm and we were next door to a room full of loud boys from a football team but when I asked the coaches to quiet the boys they did their best. Overall I'd stay there again, it was clean and the ladies at the desk were pleasant and accommodating to my needs and that's important.

Room had a couple mechanical issues, but they were quick to respond. They even offered us another room. However, the fall foliage view too good to change.
