Indoor pool..unfortunately too over crowded with kids. Free breakfast okay but mediocre (similar items daily) Staff Awesome and polite
We got a room with a blocked sink. They fixed it the next day only to have no difference on our third day. We asked for a different room but it was sold out. I only wish they can fix the problem the first time and not put us in a room (bathroom) that the sink blocks. The breakfast is nothing special same thing all the time. I feel like we paid more than we got. We wanted to say something at check out but at 5:50am I guess there’s nobody at the front desk. Not sure if we are staying here again. Will try another hotel.
Beautiful room, very spacious. However, shower door just slides open, you can switch the doors around but there's such a big gap between them the the water gets out. Then their toilet has no pressure so it barely drains, let alone anything more than a liquid. So I am very sorry to the housekeeping staff for the surprise... Small towels to dry off, empty shampoo and conditioner and no hand soap. The pillows are basically flat and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.
