Excellent experience with this location. Clean, good parking, felt safe, great staff, filling breakfast. Close to St. Jacobs Market.
Upon arrival I had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning my room. I don't think that they completed the cleaning marks on the doors stains in the shower and was left only 2 towels for 2 adults. I didn't make a fuss or want to complain but I was completely shocked after I checked out to receive an email informing me that I was going to be charged an additional $75 plus taxes and fees for a cleaning fee for a stain on the sofa. This is not my first time at a Hampton Inn but it is at the Hampton Inn in St Jacobs. I cannot express how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms are large, eatery is good, free breakfast, quiet hallways and did I say, my room was large...Easily double the size of the other hampton inns i have stayed at. Thanks for the great experience.
