Horrible. GM Lucia Baranoda is the absolute worst general manager of the hotel. She did not understand extenuating circumstances for needing to revise the reservation. It’s not even my preferred property! Keep my h honors points, Lucia! And sell my room a 2nd time because you are sold out and refused to make revisions to my reservation.
Room was great, gym was sizeable with a nice view and the jacuzzi was spacious. Breakfast could've been better and there was no pool or sauna.
