Its my 4th time visiting Vancouver and Canada, and i regret that i have never visited This hotel before. The service from the people in reception was great, the cleaning personel was perfect and everyone else working there where friendly and always smiling. The location of the hotel is perfect since we was there for 15 nights and wanted to explore everything. I will absolutly come back (room 1402) is waiting for me.

I stay at this place for 4 days, I got 2 clothing items damaged on a sharp edge of the metal on the wall outside my room, when I report it to them after 1 worker from the front came up and saw it and felt it. They reply we will off free parking if you return. Why would I want free parking when I can walk everywhere downtown or take the street buses. Really wow that’s all okay, I will make sure to tell everyone I know that travels don’t say at this place.
My new favorite for service!
