Clean, well priced, helpful staff and good location
Great location with easy access to BC Place, Roger's Centre and Skytrain.
I had a fantastic experience here. The standout feature was the convenience—I used the Hilton app for mobile check-in, which allowed me to park in the garage and go straight to my room without stopping at the front desk. I also really appreciated the layout; you can take a single elevator from the parking garage directly to your floor (no need to switch elevators in the lobby). The facilities feel brand new, and the standard room was surprisingly spacious with a great city view. Highly recommend!
Do not book through Booking.com! There may be some kind scam going on. I booked a room using them and had free cancellation and I cancelled because I called to ask if I could use my visa debit upon arrival to check in and they said no! But they still charge my visa debit for that same thing they take your card for at check in! Messed up. Booking.com said they were responsible for getting my refund as I was charged full price for the room as “no show” and the hotel told me my refund was coming two days ago and I still have no... read more
