The hotel staff were pretty attentive. The hotel itself could be better maintained. The 16 floor includes the laundry, gym and outside deck. Somehow, there are large weeds growing around the outer glass railing. They need to take care of that. Two notable problems: First, check in time is 3:00pm. We arrived around 1:15, but were told the room was not ready and to come back at 3:00. No problem, we did so, a little after 3:00. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely as described and worked well for us. Location is fine, slightly out (something we obviously knew)but everything walkable. Gym and spa area are nice. Housekeeping was done with now issues.
One of the best locations for a hotel, right next to BC Place stadium. It's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. The rooms are dated but clean. The Continental breakfast has a decent selection with juice. The inn also have free laundry washer/dryer machines on the roof, just remember to bring some detergent or buy it from the front desk.
