After a disappointing and extremely brief stay (less than an hour) at a misleading Expedia Airbnb-style accommodation, checking into the Hampton Inn & Suites was a breath of fresh air. The experience here has been exemplary in every way—from the professional service and cleanliness to the comfort and security of a proper hotel environment. Appreciated exceptional front desk, maintenance, housekeeping & kitchen staff, comfortable bed, cleanliness, mini-frig not filled with for sale items, traditional coat hangers, phone, coffeemaker, microwave, great shower & wifi, free hot coffee & tea in lobby Concerns were rain causing loss of tv reception, loud air conditioner, distance from main downtown sites, could use healthier breakfast options.
5 stars goes to wonderful staff (one man at the reception help us very much! Thank You !) Hotel is on the typical standard for this chain of hotels. The same about breakfast, very simple, in American style.
