Booked a room that was canceled on me. But was offered a free upgrade by Bailey, one of the managers. Was pleased with his interest in accommodating me, and making my visit enjoyable. Everything was great! Only small complaint was our room was not cleaned very well and items were not restocked. Ex. Tea, coffee, coffee cups etc.
This is now my favourite hotel in St John's. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is better than any other complimentary breakfast that I have had in other hotels. The rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites in St John's.
