A friend of mine held her daughter's birthday here and so I had the chance to visit this hotel. They have a nice function room and lobby entrance. Welcoming and courteous staff too. Rooms spacious and well provided with amenities.
Clean room, laundry service available. Easy parking. Attendants very personable.
Rooms and stay was good, but they messed up my receipt. Being on work trip, booked through my work travel agency and my wife's membership for points. The receipt showed my wife's name and not mine which I cannot use for claim submission at my workplace. I called front desk same night and was assured the corrected receipt was emailed. Never got the email. When looked into my wife's membership, it clearly showed the booking in my name !!! Printed from there. Not sure why front desk is not able to provide the correct receipt.
