This place is criminal. I'm active duty military and had to find a place to stay for my copilot and other aircrewman. We notified them that we couldn't fly to St. Johns two nights ago due to terrible weather. Instead of canceling our reservation, I've been charged more than 600$ for not even staying there! It's not ok. It's blatant theft. In the end it's American tax payer money that will have to pay for this, but maybe that's why they charged me anyways.... wildly immoral business practice.. Everything was great.
Overall did not meet expectations of a Hampton Inn. Was not clean in the common areas, towels were unavailable for the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable though. Staff was friendly and helpful
