Beautiful Hilton property hotel, recommend Hampton Inn in Sherman TX
Location is well clean maintained Great prices and awesome rooms
I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend and had an extremely disappointing experience. After driving through the night to get my son to a wrestling tournament I arrived around 10 a.m. fully expecting to pay a standard early check-in fee. The front desk agent, Kristen I believe - initially mentioned the fee which I completely understood and agreed to. However once she pulled up my reservation her entire demeanor shifted.
