I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend and had an extremely disappointing experience. After driving through the night to get my son to a wrestling tournament I arrived around 10 a.m. fully expecting to pay a standard early check-in fee. The front desk agent, Kristen I believe - initially mentioned the fee which I completely understood and agreed to. However once she pulled up my reservation her entire demeanor shifted. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything in the room was great, from the window shades, to climate control, to the many towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. They have a fitness center, a guest laundry, and a pool. Nice outdoor smoking area. Great breakfast.
