Great hotel with beautiful deco and good maintenance, just can't believe how unbelievable loud people can be in the lobby so late at night when there's other guests trying to check in or rest. Other than that, staff was helpful and made made my check in very easy and enjoyable.
Weary nice lodging. Looked brand new. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Although the parking lot was full. Super clean. Enjoyed the coffee and waffles at breakfast. Highly recommend.
The location is poor with much traffic and a one way I-45 road going one way for miles. The service is the most horrible I've ever experienced in a hotel. This is a new hampton/hilton hotel. I was moved to 3 rooms. I have points was given no water. Other guests were complaining also. They would not clean my room when asked. The continental breakfast was good. Housekeeping held some of my belongings for me that I forgot. They also did not apply points I earned. Took them 12 days to do that. Rating...poor.
I recently called the hotel to add an extra night to my reservation since I couldn’t do it through the website. I spoke with a staff member named Hernando, who was extremely helpful and kind even on my second call! He made the process super easy and took care of everything quickly. I also want to give credit to his manager for their great service and support. It’s moments like this that make me proud to be a Hilton Honors member
