Everytime I have booked with them , there has always been something . Especially this time we went . We were suppose to check in Friday sept 5th , as we were down for a funeral . I get there and the girl told me she couldn’t find my reservation even after I had showed her my confirmation email and text message. She said it must be at the Hilton I said no I physically called you because I didn’t want this to happen as I was coming for a funeral . Excellent staff
Hotel is definitely dated, but clean. The main issue or FYI was the noise from upstairs as this hotel's floor structure is made of wood...so you hear every step above you. If the people above aren't careful or heavy walkers, good luck. We would not stay here again.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to restaurants and shopping area. I stayed here first time, everything is good except you can hear sounds when people walk in the hallways and rooms above your floor. Overall a good experience
