Very bad experience and when I gave feedback, George Engel explained me the “Industry Standards”. I counted 5 guests arrived between 11 AM and 12 PM for checkin and sent back. Who keeps checkin time at 3 PM? Who would go that late especially for business travel? No SOP with staff if guest want to extend their stay and even if they are willing to pay. Everytime I have booked with them , there has always been something . Especially this time we went . We were suppose to check in Friday sept 5th , as we were down for a funeral . I get there and the girl told me she couldn’t find my reservation even after I had showed her my confirmation email and text message. She said it must be at the Hilton I said no I physically called you because I didn’t want this to happen as I was coming for a funeral .
