Picked this hotel for the pool & hottub. I phoned before making a reservation, confirming that the pool and hottub were operational, they assured me that they were operational. Got there a few days later to find the hottub out of order and the pool questionable (in regards to cleanliness). I'm not impressed
Rude and unhelpful front desk.
