If I could give this hotel a rating below zero, I definitely would. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the rooms were dirty with unclean bedsheets and overall poor comfort. These were the worst two nights I have ever spent at a Hilton hotel in Canada. The hotel should consider hiring more professional and welcoming staff and improving the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding to attract and retain guests.

Average rooms average hotel. I usually don’t stay for breakfast at hotels very often. I also don’t usually get breakfast very often usually this chain has bacon and eggs and a decent selection but this location at least on the day I stayed here had an awful breakfast. The chairs in the “dining room” were very worn and old way over due to be replaced. For the price of this hotel it’s not worth it at all. Hotel is an unsafe construction zone, this was not communicated prior to arrival for business. Dirty conditions, furniture piled high in hallways, no flooring and walls torn out, exposed electrical, water not working. Stay clear!!
