So much for the No Noise Tolerance Notices posted in the Hotel Not worth the paer they are writren on. Had a donnybrook going on in the suite above and when I contacted the front desk," They said "They" would take care of it One hour later the noise subsided to a dull rumble Tried to speak with night audit in the a.m.,no where to be seen,asked the Day shift individual for the GM to contact me,still waiting . Thanks but no thanks, No more Hampton for this dude.

We have always relied on the fact that Hampton Inns were clean and well maintained everywhere we have travelled throughout Canada and the USA. This Hampton Inn has been the one exception to this reputation. This hotel is in general disrepair and the condition of the hallway carpets and broken fixtures should have been a warning as to what our room was like. Our family stayed here when travelling on vacation, when we stayed I was bitten by something multiple times, a week after we arrived home 2 out of 3 of our beds had bedbugs and we had to buy new mattress and wash everything in the house, it was an absolute disaster and costed us over $1000 I had my doubts about where they came from but other multiple reviews confirmed bedbugs from this hotel. 🪳 *Cringe*
