I call this hotel to connect one of the business guest . I gave them the name and ask them to connect my phone call to the room . Lady told me she can not connect if I do not have the room number . This is weird . Why would a femal guest would give out her room number to any one . What she could have done is put me on hold speak to the guest then connect the phone call . I find it unprofessional and she did not made any effort to resolved the issue .

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dorval was great overall. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and standout service from Kowsala, the head chef, whose warm hospitality made our trip special. However, our rental, a 2025 Lexus SUV was stolen on the first night, even with a steering wheel lock. If you're driving a newer Lexus, Toyota, or similar, be extra cautious — these vehicles are prime targets in the area. I was very disappointed with the room I was given. I checked in late due to my flight ( around 11 pm). The bathroom was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The toilet lid was misaligned which caused issues when sitting on, the faucet of the shower was broken, the roof of the shower was scratched. I didn’t have hooks to hang up my things in the bathroom because the room GIVEN was for handicap people.
