Arrived late and they were very welcoming and the beds were amazing. I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but it filled the void.
Front desk called at midnight to demand payment. This woke me up, wasnt able to get back to sleep afterwards. Not sure why this wasn't done during check in. On a travel day with multiple delays and a cancelled flight, this was aggravating to say the least. There was no attempt by any staff to remedy the situation, just a meger insincere apology. Paid over 200 Cad to get zero rest... Would not reccomend.
We spent 2 nights here with my wife and 3 kids. It had all we needed with a pool, breakfast and enough space for all of us to sleep. It was a bit concerning that they had an issue with car theft on certain model vehicles but realized they had hired security during the evening. I will say to anyone with family of 5 that when calling 3 hotels in and around this hotel for prices they didn't allow for a family of 5 to stay in 1 room and wanted me to rent 2 rooms and were talking about 2 adults and a 4,12 and 15year old just to b... read more
