Pros: * Close to several attractions in the Hat * Mostly clean hotel, and mostly well maintained *very nice breakfast buffet with several breakfast options (lacking in the Vegan and GF options, but overall very inclusive) * Waterslide/Pool mostly well maintained and fun to have * Discount at BPs and the Keg with key card presentation, which is a nice perk I wish we would have known about before we got there. Stayed here over a week when a family member was in hospital. They were flexible and helpful through it all. Close to the hospital. New, fresh, clean, nice breakfast.
Nice hotel, nice room, decent location, service was mixed. Asked for extra towels and got them delivered in like 5min! The only issue was we asked for a later (than 11am) checkout, and was told it'll cost $50!
