Me and my colleagues stayed at the Hampton inn Laval and the establishment was well set up. We were particularly blown away by staff and by Paolo in particular. Treated us with the upmost respect. He recommended great restaurants and always checked up on us when we would walk in and out of the place. We have spoken to our bosses to always make sure we do buisness with Hampton just to see him again. 10/10

The customer service is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Jeremie at the front desk is knowledgeable, professional, and was so kind. Our room happened to have a Jacuzzi tub as well, which was a pleasant surprise. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed Sept 9-11 with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of options for breakfast and housekeeping was lovely. Paolo at the front desk was very welcoming, very helpful and overall made our stay even that much more pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel on September 4. My hotel choice was recommended by a colleague, who had previously stayed, and had the pleasure of meeting Jeremie. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming, polite and professional. My check-in was seamless. The room was spotless, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, which made my stay cozy and my sleep restful. Breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of choices. I will return and recommend to my family and friends.
