Needs serious cleaning and maintenance The hotel is quite old and feels very worn out. The furniture, carpets, and walls are outdated and could really use a deep cleaning and some renovation. The sink and toilet drained very slowly, and the lighting in the room was poor, with one lamp not working. Breakfast was included but not impressive — the food was bland, and the dining area looked tired and not very clean. We also requested an extra towel, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Me and my colleagues stayed at the Hampton inn Laval and the establishment was well set up. We were particularly blown away by staff and by Paolo in particular. Treated us with the upmost respect. He recommended great restaurants and always checked up on us when we would walk in and out of the place. We have spoken to our bosses to always make sure we do buisness with Hampton just to see him again. 10/10
