I had a very comfortable stay
Had horrible experience calling the reservations desk today. The agent had no idea that a 1 king bed room wouldn't accommodate four people and then disconnected the call after I pointed it out. Very disappointing and not what I expected from Hilton!
Staff are very good. Air conditioner sub par. Shower head clogged, low inconsistent water pressure. Shampoo dispenser empty, had to call room svc to remedy that situ - rather annoying after a 7hr road trip. Someone's not doing their job. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are dollar store quality, if that. Clothes closet is in bathroom - weird. Only paper cups for drinking out of - cheesy; and none were available in bathroom, had to source them fr kitchenette area. Recently renovated lobby & rooms; grey tones. Complimentary br... read more
I had a great stay and recommend this hotel. Ashely and Arvinder at the front desk accommodated some last minute travel plans and were so very helpful! Fantastic customer service, great amenities, and the shuttle to the golf course was a bonus! Thank you
