We loved our stay here. Rooms are clean, staff are great, lots of parking. And very special shout out to Janette! She is very welcoming and made our check-in very smooth. She made our stay in Kelowna alot more better with her very positive energy.
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Kelowna! The staff were incredibly polite and professional from the moment we arrived. The room was perfectly clean, and I was especially pleased with the room lighting—unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, this one was actually bright and well-lit. The breakfast was really good, and we loved that they provided handy snack packs for guests in a hurry who don't have time to sit down and eat. The room itself was a decent size, and while the air conditioner was loud at times, it wasn't anything worth bothering the front desk about. The real issue was parking. This property shares a lot with the Four Points next door, and both nights of our stay so far the lot has been completely full. The first night I only got a spot because it was the last "diamond member" space available. The second night there was nothing left, so I had to park in the gravel employee lot. My friends and I recently stayed at this location and aside from it being right next to the airport, The lady who works the Front desk overnight (cant remember her name) but I sure wish I did! She made us feel like we were at home, she remembered us every morning of our 4 night stay and always greeted us with a smile on her face and a good morning, even when we needed blankets at 3 am she didnt seem tired at all! We will definitely be back thank you for an amazing stay and the great staff!
Room was nice, well appointed, fresh and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
