We can't say enough about the front desk manager, Cora. We had a glitch with our Expedia reservation and she went over and above to help us with our room for our friends! Service excellence
A week in the Hamptons was a pleasant stay especially when it is a pet friendly place. I would recommend that people with pets to get rooms at the floor level as to not stress them when going on elevators and a faster access out. We had a room on the fifth floor and our puppy did not like the elevator that much. Otherwise everything was great...
Close to WEM super friendly staff will stay again.
