Had a great experience here top notch customer service! Very friendly n knowledgeable staff! Would definitely recommend! Will be back for sure
The room was excellent, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were the opposite of what I’ve come to expect in Edmonton: not friendly and not particularly welcoming. It’s a shame, because the quality of the room itself was great, but the poor service left a negative impression overall.

I love this hotel!!! Amazing, accommodating, extremely kind and helpful staff throughout the entire hotel. My home away from home!! Everytime I stay here is a mini vacation and treat for me❣❣❣❣ i love this hotel 🏨 I can't say enough about the staff . Awesome people😊
