As a long-time Hilton Honors member, this was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or make eye contact — instead, they gave us an odd, uncomfortable look as we slowly approached. No “welcome,” no smile, nothing. We booked a King room with a pullout couch, but there were no extra pillows or blankets provided for the pullout.
