Easy and quick check in, despite our modified reservation not being reflected. They accommodated us without issues. Friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast, varied options. Beds are comfortable, pull out couch was squeaky but ok. The family suite could benefit from some division, maybe a partition of sorts. It's a wide open room. The bathroom was well done, having the toilet and shower separated by a sink to clean up. The closet and ironing board are located there as well. It’s been our 3rd time checking IN in this warm accommodating hotel in Edmonton. All the staff were smiling as we came in ,very polite talking to us, also offering the amenities we should get or experience as we stay there like we should try the pool to relax , some treats and drinks at the lobby were available when our kid wanted some. We also had an appetizing breakfast . The room we stayed was spacious and tidy . Jess and the other staff were all friendly!!! First of all, Jess. Thank you for always greeting our family with kindness and warmth when we come through! Coming here is like a home away from home and I know we stay way too often but the location is really the best and so is the service. The entire staff is amazing, from the front desk workers to the breakfast staff. The rooms are almost always clean, nothing is ever going to be perfect all the time but it’s darn near close! We always recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Edmonton!
