I really want to give 5 stars for everything. Excellent location! However, they charge an extra $50 per day for each room for incidentals. I paid $300 extra for 2 rooms for 3 days. I received $150 refund one room at checkout. I am unable to reach anyone about my additional $150 credit. Rooms are only cleaned every other day. Sometimes not that often. Newer property with all the standard Hampton amentities. No issues or concerns. Nearby shopping area is a plus if something is needed nearby. Only odd thing was a security presence and camera at the entrance drive. Added security isn't something seen often and can be a plus.
Our truck got broke into, along with another truck and items were stolen. Rooms were good and staff were pleasant and comped a night of our stay for the inconvenience. Hotel advised they have had several complaints and vehicles being broken in to.
