EXTREMELY loud children stomping around and yelling at 7 am. Hotel staff did nothing about it. Breakfast area was so busy we had to leave and eat breakfast elsewhere. Will definitely not be back
The breakfast served every morning from 6:00 to 10:00 AM is both hearty and fresh. I saw Bilqes working hard every single day to keep everything running smoothly. The front desk staff were always attentive, asking if I needed anything else, which made me feel right at home. Housekeeping kept my room spotless; I unfortunately forgot her name, but her smile was so genuine. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces, and it's very close to nearby shopping malls. The older receptionist with a slightly unfortunate hairline intruded our privacy while one of us was changing, and because there was no lock on the bathroom door he could see inside and was looking at my friend who was changing. He then processed to start yelling and swearing at me and when I tried to close the door and walk away he slammed it back open into me and started walking towards me in a very threatening manner.
