Firstly I was super annoyed because I called the main Hampton Inn & Suits customer service to make sure the pool and hot tub were working and available prior to booking. I was assured they would be working on both days we would be there. When I booked I got an email saying the hotel was under renovation and they wouldn't be available. They were using the pool of the neighboring hotel for their guests, which didn't work for me. I didn't see the message until 5 hours later and it was too late to book a different hotel. Great hotel with reasonable price. Rooms are very clean. breakfast was relatively good, Bilqais is a rockstar. she works very hard and is very friendly and runs the breakfast station perfectly. Pauline is also very helpful. I just hope the renovations are done soon so the pool will be usable again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a great variety of options including omelets, porridge, and waffles that guests could make themselves, which was both fun and enjoyable. I also loved the 24/7 tea and coffee station — it is one of the best ideas I have ever seen in a hotel and was incredibly convenient at any time of day.
