This hotel is under Reno. Pool and hot tub is closed.
The location was a bit awkward and the parking lot is blocked until you get a key. I got stuck behind someone who didn't know and it tool a minute backing out carefully. Other than that, the hotel was under renovation so the pool wasn't accessible. You can still swim by going to the hotel across, which was nice. The service was accommodating and did what they could to help when resources weren't available. Overall, the hiccups don't detract from the experience.
Front desk staff not pleasant at all. We were from our of province. Rooms sketchy. Wont book here again.
