Very good hotel, is always clean, staff is friendly and most importantly breakfast is one the best we have tried in Calgary.
The property was clean and pleasant overall. It is currently going through some renovations, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel was quiet, the parking was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was good with a decent selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again.
The location of this hotel was very convenient for us. The employees we crossed paths with were all very helpful and hardworking as well. My low rating stems from the overall worn-down look of the hotel. The patterned carpets in the hallways have become almost completely unattached causing the carpet to bubble and become a tripping hazard. There is an overall musty smell in the hallways and elevators as well that becomes quite bothersome to the nose as well.
