My First Stay (Ground Floor Standard Room) - NOISE WARNING My first stay was on the ground floor, and I have to be upfront: it was quite noisy. Under renovations on the outside however the inside is beautiful and the staff are amazing.
Excellent staff-genuinely friendly and accommodating. Clean room. We stayed 5 days, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room very well each day. Enjoyed having a big pot of oatmeal (instead of packets) and really appreciated the vegan banana muffins-they tasted homemade! Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Good breakfast hours.
