Booked a room. Called for shuttle service, only to get adamantly told "we're all booked! There are no rooms left!" Could barely get a word in. Wouldn't take the time to listen that I had booked a room, had the confirmation email, & was trying to ask for the "free 24/7 shuttle" service to get there. Kept cutting me off on the phone. Never made it. First & last time dealing with then.
