Had a good experience here. Housekeeping accommodated us and promptly provided a baby crib. The gym is a decent size and the swimming pool is amazingly WARM which you almost never get nowaday - too bad there's no hot tub. Room was clean, TV was sizeable. Matress was ever so slightly mushy but no real issue. Breakfast food quality was decent, the usual continental stuff.
This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are old, cramped, and uncomfortable, and the location is terrible. When I tried to upgrade, the receptionist couldn’t do anything and said the manager had already left and couldn’t be contacted. The only option was paying an unreasonable amount for a room that was barely bigger. I usually trust Hampton Inn for quality and service, but this place was a complete disappointment.
