Recent renovation was less than expected. Room plugs still don’t work. Internet seems to be having troubles, have to reconnect multiple times.

If you are looking to book a room with a jetted tub, make sure you ask them if the jet function actually works. Have them actually test it too. It was my only reason for booking that specific room. I even checked in on the app early and had my choice of rooms. If I had known it didnt work, I would have chosen the only other room with a jetted tub (if that one even works), but by the time I found out the hard way, the other jetted tub room was occupied, and so I was left with a big soaker tub instead and no bubbles. Service was great, rooms not so great. We are not ones to complain but had to charge our adjoining rooms because original rooms the floors were dirty and sticky. Loud dripping sink and blood found on floor. Second set of rooms were better but the flip lock on door was broken. Couldn't use it for extra security. Bathroom sliding door is dirty, dirty finger prints on door. Breakfast area floor has a big rusty stain, could have been cleaned better. Weird breakfast items the one day. Been here for work a lot over the years. This place was okay but has gone down hill big time. Staff if usually no help, they have a big employee turnover rate, The showers leak while you’re trying to sleep, Your room door is hard to open, You need a passport or a drivers license to check in (no exceptions even if you have no access to either.), they lock the patio so there is no access into the building and the gate so you can’t leave the patio without jumping a fence. I will be moving our company elsewhere
