Service here has been good. Rooms could be worst. A bit outdated and could use some minor repairs or touch ups. Heated pool but no hot tub. Decent included breakfast options from 6am. Coffee station until 1pm. There is a mcdonalds next door if youre in a rush or just want to crash.
I've stayed here many times, but now it's getting run down. Our room had carpet beetles in the bed and our fridge was turned off, so our food went bad. I won't be staying here again.
Was pleasantly surprised by your staff. Amber welcomed me and was so kind and inviting. I felt like I was coming home. She made a very nervous traveller feel at ease. It was my first stay at a hotel ever. The room was warm and inviting and breakfast was top notch. I had a slight issue that wasn't room related and Amber at the front desk helped me tremendously. I’ve stayed here twice. It’s super clean, very new, great breakfast buffet, nice pool. Would stay again for sure.
Stay away from this hotel unless you want to live in the high class cave with a waterfall.
