Poor response and communication – lost over CAD 300 I booked this hotel through Booking.com and requested a date change yesterday morning around 11:30 AM, several hours before the original check-in time (3 PM). Was lovely room but don't take anyone to sleep on couch pullout bed unless you want springs poking into you all nite. That couchbed was horrible. Slept on floor!!!
Absolutely fantastic stay! I was in town for a wine tour and the Hampton exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and attentive, the service was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding especially for such a reasonable price. I’m extremely impressed and would happily stay here again.
Stayed at the hotel for a few nights with my family, breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly with the kids as well.
