Here for the third year in a row, with a VERY LARGE group to attend an event in town. The daytime staff is great!! Someone HAS to so something about the night desk clerk. She is absolutely one of the rudest people we've ever met. This is only our 3rd year here, but I understand from others in our group who have been here prior, it has been going on for quite a while. Hotel was clean desk clerk was friendly and quick to get to the desk despite my checking in at 11pm. The location is right off the freeway, but GPS sent me through a strange gravel side truck entrance. Just enter via sonic.

The roof was leaking, trash cans lining the hallway and Buffalo only had less than half of inch of rain that day. The front desk staff was helpful, but seems this is an ongoing problem of this hotel. Definitely not worth the Hampton Inn name- did not live up to standards -
