Staff was very helpful
This hotel can and should be great. I literally have no other complaints outside of the internet. It is terrible. Every time I have asked, its been a different excuse. Its the one reason I cannot return.
Any bride thinking of using this space for her wedding should not do it! They made tremendous mistakes with our guests rooms and the count was off. We had to book 2 extra room with no fault of ours. When they tried to fix the mistake, they ended up charging us for a room we didn’t stay in. I have attempted 3 times to reach the manager with no success. My calls keep getting ignored. As a bride use a different hotel. They will mess up your booking even with months of notice.
