We booked through Expedia (this was our biggest mistake). Our room was next to someone who had two dogs that barked all night long. We called the front desk about it on 5 separate occasions. Finally, at around 2am they moved us to a different room. That room had a broken toilet. I had an important speaking engagement the next day and was only able to sleep a couple hours. My experience was much better this time, room was in better shape but hotel is under construction still and will be great when finished but has been ongoing for several months.
