I'm exceptionally loyal to Hilton, so it pains me to leave this review but I wish I had seen one like this before booking. It was impossible to get even a half-decent night's sleep because of the terrible location. Incessant sirens and horns throughout the night and day. Staff were great, rooms were average, everything the hotel could manage was right in line with what I expect when staying at s Hampton. But unless you have need to be in this specific area, steer clear.

The room was good and clean, the beds were nice but the shower was a bit old-fashioned. Breakfast was a bit basic and messy, but the free coffee and hot water was great. The shuttlebus service was really good and we had a kind driver. The other staff members were okay but some seemed uninterested. The location was not good at all, from the elevator window we could see loads of homeless and drug addicts, if it were not for the shuttlebus, it probably would not have been safe to travel by foot.
This hotel is definitely a tale of two hotels. Buckle in, gentle readers. The Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfy. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. There were cookies and water available for our entire stay. The Cons: We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the things we were in town to do. Helpful, welcoming, and friendly staff. Best free continental breakfast I've had anywhere! Rooms are beautiful, fully stocked, and clean! The area is a little on the noisy side, given the medical center nearby.
